Quality Control and Assurance
We provide Quality Management Services for Civil Infrastructure and Structural projects to assist contractors and project owners with Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance. As Quality Assurance Specialists, we provide all required documentation per contract and project requirements. We review QC documentation provided by the contractor. We provide targeted site surveillance to ensure the contractor is meeting QC requirements. In addition, we provide comprehensive Quality Control inspections to ensure construction stages meet quality requirements.

Professional Staffing
If you require temporary Quality staffing for your project, we're happy to accommodate you. We offer experienced professionals for support in either QC or QA services on projects as Quality Managers and/or Quality Inspectors. Mistakes and non-compliance are costly, therefore we ensure consistent quality services throughout your project's phases to mitigate or eliminate avoidable costs of poor-quality requiring rework, delays and post-construction issues.

Handover Packages
The handover process is often more complicated than handing the keys over to the client at the end of a project. We ensure legal and compliance specifications are met, and the components of a successful handover strategy are in place. From a project's inception, we collect and record documentation and involve the client throughout. We compile, organize and review all necessary documentation related to the project, which includes final occupancy and quality inspections from local authorities, builder and manufacturer warranties, as-built drawings, and verify the contract has been fulfilled. All deficiencies and non-compliant work are identified and resolved prior to transferring ownership of the project.

Safety
NHKS can provide you with responsible Safety personnel for conducting inspections of workplaces, equipment, and work practices to ensure compliance with regulations, identifying potential hazards, and recommending corrective action to maintain safe working environments. Our staff will assess work areas, personal protective equipment, and implement safety procedures to prevent accidents and promote overall workplace health and safety.
